Refund Policy

At Gentle Memo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Include all items that came with the bundle
• Show no signs of use, damage, or wear

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used stationery products
• Used notebooks, journals, or planners
• Opened sticker packs or accessories
• Personalized or customized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Products damaged by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

• The item received
• The packaging
• The shipping label

After review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

• For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Gentle Memo will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number. We will assist whenever possible.

Please Note

• Minor variations in colors, packaging, or product details may occur.

• Individual items included in a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
