We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more

• Flat-rate shipping of $6.99 for orders under $99

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. 

If your address is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified before completing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number and submit a claim if necessary.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
